Accepted Material
Only Rapid 3DShield Tungsten Filament is eligible for credit.
Eligible Scraps
We accept failed prints, prototype parts, and spool ends.
Excluded Material
Printer purge (the transition material between different filaments or colors) must not be included. Including mixed purge material may lead to a total forfeit of credit.
Minimum Shipment
A minimum of 3kg of material is required per shipment.
Confidentiality
If a part contains proprietary or sensitive geometry that cannot be shared, it must be destroyed (crushed or broken) before being sent for reclamation.
